What we collect

When you request a reservation on this website we ask for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, your dates, room type, number of guests and pets, and any special request you choose to add.

When you use the contact form we receive your name, contact details and message. When you call or visit, our front desk records what is needed to manage your stay.

We do not collect credit card details on this website. Payment is taken at the property.

How we use it

Only to handle your stay: to confirm, change or cancel your reservation, to contact you about it, to prevent fraudulent or fake bookings, and to keep the records we are required to keep.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Personal details attached to an online reservation (name, phone, email, ZIP, special requests and staff notes) are erased automatically 3 months after the check-in date. We keep only non-personal facts — dates, room type and amounts — so our occupancy records stay accurate.

Cookies and similar storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The cookies this site sets are strictly necessary:

• A short-lived, secure cookie that proves you verified your phone number or email during booking. It is deleted when your request is submitted.
• A sign-in cookie for our staff dashboard (staff only).

Your browser also remembers that you closed the privacy notice, so it isn't shown again. That stays on your device.

Services that help us run the site

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the website and booking system, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — secure database for reservations.
• Our email and text-message providers — to send verification codes and booking updates.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that a booking is made by a person, not a bot.
• Formspree — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google Maps — the embedded map on some pages is provided by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it sooner (unless we need to keep it for an active stay or a legal reason). Call us at (423) 401-0070 or email mountaininntn@gmail.com.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and reservations must be made by an adult.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
